Tarangire National Park

With an area of 1360 sq km, Tarangire National Park is filled with palm trees, baobab, acacia woodlands, plains, swamps and rivers. Known as one of the diverse National Parks in Africa, Tarangire lays a perfect platform for enjoying game safaris. In this park, you can encounter big game lion, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, wildebeest, zebra, impala, gazelle, eland and hartebeest. In the dense wilderness of Tarangire National Park, you can also find screeching flocks of colorful yellow-collared lovebirds, ashy starling and drabber rufous-tailed weaver. Tarangire is also known as a one of the best spots for bird watching activity.
