14 Days - Kenya wildlife migration safari

Day 01. Arrive Nairobi

Upon arrive in Nairobi at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Meet and greet by African paradise Safaris Guides. You will be transferred to city hotel. Relax depending on your arrival time in the hotel.Overnight at Sarova Stanley hotel (meals plan, bed and breakfast)

 Day 02. Arrive Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Have your breakfast at the hotel. Later drive to Amboseli National Park. After lunch proceed for afternoon game drive, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. During your game drive you will be searching for the big herds of the African Elephants, the cheetahs, Lions, the gazelles and the Elusive Eland. Weather permitting you will be able to have a magnificent view of the Kilimanjaro. All meals and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge (meals plan. Full board).

Day 03. Amboseli National Park

Full day exploration of the park. After breakfast depart to morning game drive. Transferred to your lodge for lunchat leisure. Embark to an afternoon game drive. Later you will return to the lodge for dinner. You will be able to see the peak of Mt Kilimanjaro, Big 5’s and more than 400 birds species.

Day 04. Amboseli National Park – Lake Nakuru National Park

Waken by marching elephant and sounds of birds. Have breakfast at your lodge. Check out and drive through the cool Rift Valley environment towards Nakuru. Drive through the park and arrive at your camp in time for lunch. Have an afternoon game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park.
L. Nakuru is a small park with over 50% of its area covered by the Lake.  Located in the middle of the Rift valley, L. Nakuru has a wide variety of animals which includes the Rothschild Giraffe, Lions, White and Black rhinos as well as the Leopard.  All these can be spotted depending on your luck.  The park is also considered by birdwatchers as an ornithological paradise! A myriad of both Greater and lesser flamingoes has made this lake their home. Meals and overnight at Flamingo hill (full board)

Day 05. Lake Nakuru National Park- Maasai Mara National Reserve

 After breakfast at the lodge, head southwards  to Maasai Mara National Reserve.  Arrive in time for lunch, relax. Have an afternoon game drive in the reserve.

Day 06-7. Maasai Mara National Reserve

Optional Early Morning balloon safari rideus (US$450.00 per person ) across the Maasai Mara plain. Breakfast at the lodge then enjoy morning and afternoon game drives. Masai Mara is an extension of the Serengeti ecosystem to the south. Game abounds here; The Mara is noted for its abundance of lions – particularly the superb black maned males. See the great Migraton where over 1.5 million wildebeest and other antelopes  crossing the mighty Mara River. Experience the battle between survival and hunger. You are also likely to see lots of elephants here often in large herds, as well as – if   you're lucky leopard, cheetah and rhino. All of the Big Five are residents.  You're sure to see the African buffalo. Get the cameras ready, stock up on film/tapes and enjoy yourselves!   In the evening visit maasai village. Day 08. Maasai Mara National Reserve – - Lake Naivasha

After breakfast at the hotel, head southwards and turn right at Maai Mahiu to ascend up over the top of the Mau Escarpment. You will have a stopover at  Great rift valley view point. You will visit Hells gate National park, where you will do hiking and visit geyser streams. Not forgetting the wildlife and fauna. Later depart to Sawela lodge for lunch. After lunch have boat ride and fishing.  Later afternoon drive back to the lodge for your dinner. Dinner and overnight at Sawela lodge (full board)

Day 09.  Lake Naivasha – Aberdare National Park

You will have early morning game drive. Return to the lodge for your breakfast and check out. Depart to the Aderdare national park, on your way you will have a stopover Thomson’s fall, You will have the opportunity to explore the enchanting waterfalls that attract colorful birds and provide good photographic opportunities. A nature trail at the base of the falls and through the gorge is a safe haven for the endangered Columbus monkeys, baboons and small animals. Embark the safari to Aberdare national park. Where you will arrive in time for lunch. Which will be at aberdare country club (base serving hotel for the Ark). After lunch enter the national park for game drive, later head to the lodge for your dinner and overnight at the ARK lodge  (meals plan. Full board).

Day 010.  Aberdare National Park – Samburu National reserve.

After your morning breakfast drive to Samburu with enroute game drive in Nakuru national park.  arriving in time for check in and lunch. You will have some rest before you embark on the evening game drive in the famous Samburu game reserve, which is known for its “special 5”. If lucky you will be able to see them as they include; Reticulated Giraffe, gravy’s zebra, gerenuk, Somali ostrich, Baisa Oryx. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Day 011-012.  Samburu National reserve

Wake up call at 0600 hrs, tea / coffee and cookies at the lobby. Set off for the early morning game drive in the reserve. Return to the lodge for breakfast at the lodge and thereafter, rest of the morning will be at leisure. Lunch will be served at the lodge, and in the evening, set off for the late evening game drive.

Day 013. Samburu National reserve - Nairobi

After breakfast in the morning , you will have game drive in the park,  departure from Samburu with packed lunchs. and be driven to Nairobi where you arrive in your hotel in the evening.  Check inn , refresh and relax while awaiting your dinner.Meals and overnight at Sarova Stanley hotel (meals plan. Half board).

Day 014. Nairobi-depart

You will have your morning breakfast in the hotel. Later you will have city tour and drive to Giraffe centre and Karen Blixen if time allows, you will have your lunch at famous carnivore restaurant. Later you will be transferred to the airport for your home flight. Bring to an end of Kenya wildlife and migration safaris.
