Day 01. Arrive Arusha.
Upon arrive in Arusha at JRO International Airport, On clearing Immigration & Customs you’ll be met and greet by our Tanzania Tour & Safari representative and journey guides. Then you will be transferred to your downtown centrally located city hotel. Relax depending on your arrival time in the hotel. Overnight at Rivertree Country Inn (meals plan, Bed & breakfast)
Day 02.Arusha – Tarangire National park.
You will have your early morning breakfast, depart to Tarangire Nationalpark with packed lunch. Upon arrival in the park do the game drive, later drive to the camp for your dinner and overnight
The park's dominant feature is the Tarangire River. Although it gets very dry, the park is relatively thickly vegetated with acacia shrubs and mixed woodland. Most memorable of which are the huge baobab trees dotted around in big numbers. Herds of up to 300 elephants can be found, looking for underground streams, in the dry riverbeds while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest and eland crowd the shrinking lagoons. Dry-country antelope such as fringe-eared Oryx and the long-necked gerenuk are also regularly spotted. Abandoned termite –mounds often house mongoose colonies. All the main predators are present but, because of thick vegetation, not spotted as often as in some of the other parks in northern Tanzania. Spend the 2 whole day at leisure with 2 extended game viewing drives searching for the plain games leaving in this park almost undisturbed. Day 05. Tarangire National Park -Ngoro Ngoro conservancy.
Today have your hot breakfast before departing to Ngoro ngoro. The sunrise in the African Savannah is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have. Depart to Ngoro ngoro conservancy with packed lunch. On the arrival in the park enroute drive to the lodge, with a stopover at crater view point. All meals and overnight at Ngoro Ngoro rhino lodge (full board)
Day 6: Ngoro ngoro conservancy - Serengeti National park
Today you will descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the crater for a half day crater tour. Explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food. Lunch at the lodge. After lunch, drive to Serengeti National Park and proceed to the Lobo on the Northern part of Serengeti. All meals and overnight at the Kati kati tented camp (full board).
Day 7: Full day Serengeti National park
Enjoy morning game drives in the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. Return to your lodge for lunch before departing to central part of Serengeti National Park for dinner and overnight. All meals and overnight at the Kati kati tented camp (full board).
Day 8 - 9:Full day Serengeti National park.
Have a two full day exploration of the Serengeti. With Morning and afternoon game drives. After breakfast leaves at your lodge with package lunch (or have lunch at the lodge) have game drive in the park and arrive at your lodge in late afternoon or on your request. Serengeti is easily Tanzania’s most famous national park, and it’s also the largest, at 14,763 square kilometres of protected area that borders Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Park. It is the Migration for which Serengeti is perhaps most famous. Over a million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras flow south from the northern hills to the southern plains for the short rains every October and November, and then swirl west and north after the long rains in April, May and June. Day 10:Serengeti National park Ndutu area.
The day you will have your breakfast, and enjoy game drive to spot the wildlife which you didn’t spot the previous days at the north. We will move to the south with game drive to view more wildlife. See more wildebeest which travel through a variety of parks, reserves and protected areas and through a variety of habitat. Join us to explore the different forms of vegetation and landscapes of the Serengeti ecosystem and meet some of their most fascinating inhabitants All meals and overnight at the Ndutu safari lodge (full board).
Day 11:Serengeti National park – Lake Manyara.
After you morning breakfast at the camp. Go park to see migration for half day. Return to the lodge for your lunch. After lunch depart to Lake Manyara surrounding area. Dinner and Overnight will be at Ngoro ngoro farm house (full board).
Day 12:Lake Manyara - Depart
After an early breakfast, you will depart for a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingos and other varieties of birdlife. Mid morning, sadly the time has come to bid farewell to the grand landscapes of Africa and drive back arusha. You will be transferred to the Airport for your home flight.
